Our story began in the 1980s with the development of the first PestWest electric fly control range by Mike Kemp. Since then, we’ve continued to innovate and adapt to the needs of our customers while remaining at the forefront of the industry.

In 1991, we established PestWest Electronics Limited to expand our electric fly control range and pioneered the use of sticky boards for insect light traps. Our patented innovations have become the industry standard in many markets. In 2001, PestWest USA LLC was founded to meet the specific needs of US-based pest controllers. Today, we’re a leading supplier of electric fly control units in the US, driven by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

All production is carried out either in Ossett, UK, or in our new state-of-the-art production facility in Vietnam. The company is ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance registered, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality across all our products.

We supply electric fly control systems to a wide range of customers throughout the United States, including commercial and industrial businesses, food processing plants, and hospitality establishments. Our success has been recognized by multiple awards, including the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the International Trade division in 2004. We are proud to have made insect light traps, which use glue boards instead of high voltage killing grids, a standard method of control in many markets through patented innovations.
